Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
To respect your practitioner's time and appointment availability for other clients, we kindly ask that cancellations are made at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
No-shows (appointments missed without prior notice) will also incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
